One of the most enjoyable aspects of being located in the heart of Dutchess County is the proximity to an excellent hunter pace circuit. In this friendly competitive series held each spring/fall, teams of two or three riders compete over a flagged course for an ideal time. For many, it’s the most fun you can have on a horse during the most beautiful time of year.
Hunter Trials
We routinely attend 3-day and combined training events in the region. Our horses and riders are highly competitive at these events. Please check our calendar for this year’s schedule.
Clinics (on and off-site)
Conducted by leading riders and industry professionals, clinics consist of stadium, cross-country or dressage instruction. We will transport your horse to the clinic location or if needed, provide one of our horses for you to ride.
Fox Hunting
We have longstanding relationships with The Millbrook Hunt, Rombout Hunt, and Golden’s Bridge Hounds. Come fox hunting with us, we can provide you with an experienced horse that suits your riding skills.
Aiken, SC Riding Vacation
We train with professional international riders like Phillip Dutton, Boyd and Silva Martin, Mark Thompson, Ryan Wood Lellie Ward, and Allison Springer at their winter facilities.
Virginia Fox Hunting Trips
Ride to hounds with Bull Run Hunt, the Piedmont Fox Hounds and the Blue Ridge Hunt, among the oldest and most prestigious hunt clubs in America.
